Legendary Ekko skin (Name in progress!)

Now, hear me out. I've always had an interest in Paranoia Agent, and when I saw Lil Slugger for the first time in a long time I thought "Man, that could be Ekko. Roller blades, a bat, a reality-warped insanity to his actions which nobody understands. Huh..."

Then, it hit me. It COULD be Ekko. The question is, where would it fit? What existing skin line would it fall under? My first thought was Battle Academia, but there's already an Academy Ekko. Then, what if it's related to the skin line but not exactly a student or teacher? What if the skin functions in the same manner that Lil Slugger functions in Paranoia Agent? Since it's an anime, and Battle Academia is anime af, it suits.

Lil Slugger isn't a person, it's a paranormal creation of someone's imagination, manifested by her guilt and mental struggle and empowered by the mental struggles and fears of those within the city; "A boy with a bat and roller skates killed my dog." That descriptor alone opens up a few options for developing Ekko based on such.

In that way, we can combine Ekko's typical character (Being unable to save his friends no matter how many times he tries to go back in time) with the Academy Ekko character and so we have a manifestation of Ekko's guilt, empowered by the struggles of Academy students (Because I'm sure most of us know that college struggle. I know I feel it right now.) This evilish Ekko manifested as a time paradox, both existing and not throughout time and space, wearing a hoody (that can be put on or taken off!) rolling on skates and wielding a bent bat, constantly taunting enemies. Those taunts are especially hurtful towards Academy, Battle Academia, Star Guardian and Dark Star skins. Ss a paranormal time paradox, all of these skin lines exist to him. Here's some of the things he'll say:

Academy, "Why are you here? Why do you waste your time? Just disappear. Better yet, I'll make you." Battle Academia, "All the training, all effort to get stronger, and you still can't face your mistakes." Star Guardian, "There are no heroes. Not anymore. Not since...you." (Hinting that whoever he's speaking to turned evil and ended the Star Guardians for good, based on the idea hinted at in the Star Guardian lore) Dark Star, "Everything has a heart, even stars. Even...you. Can you hear your heart? Can you here it cry?"

Your thoughts? I don't really care for the design beyond the roller blades, tbh. But an Ekko skin where instead of being positive and cool he's instead sullen and almost evil? I'm down 100% for that!
