I can see you're blinded by the Piltoverian propaganda machine if you really think Viktor is evil. This skin is just showing Jayce's true colors, as a power hungry monster who would prefer to better himself rather than share scientific advancements with the world. Open your eyes, people! Hexcores can't melt techmaturgical beams. Energy crystals and mercury hammers can.

Of course he does. It's augmented improvement on the weak human frame. But since when does wanting humans to be better make you evil?

He goes to the rift to show off his power so people will see the merit in his inventions. What would even be the point if he were just turning people into robots anyways? :P
