while everyone is bitching about fioras face and hairlights it seems you guys are not realizing she will be LESS VIABLE if these new changes to her go live. how are you guys missing this?

Unfortunately the majority of people look at the PBE build and say "that shits op" . . .
Remember devourer? Remember how everyone was "Yi 2 op now"? Well he isn't. They did get buffed but not nearly as much as they "felt like "they would be buffed.
Also consider the fact that her current ratios could be changed at any time. Sheesh, OP DMG SCALING FTW CHAMP 2 STRONK, *tiny change * OMG CHAMP 2 WEAK.
Her kit is much less oP than it was before, it's just that now people are thinking a Tank CDR build is better since she "can't burst" as well...
