Stannum, The Metal Man
Once upon a time, in a land far far under the striving city of Piltover there was a lonely man who went by the name Stannum.
Passive (Metal Man): every 5th attack on Stannum causes a portion of the damage to reflect on it's wielder. Damage reflected = (5% of Stannum's armor) as a percentage. If Stannum has 100 armor then the damage reflected is (0.05 x 100)% or 5% of the damage.
Q (Tin foiled): Stannum throws a wave of tin in a chosen direction, stopping at the 2nd enemy hit. This ball of tin then applies grievous wounds to any enemies hit for 1 second, refreshed upon auto attacks of nearby allied champions. This ability scales off of 10% of Stannum's 8/8/7/6/6 second cool down
W (Pressure Plate): Stannum places a trap on the ground, any enemies that stepped in the trap have their armor reduced by 25% for the next 2.5 seconds. This ability does not do damage and can 3 can be held at a time. Recharge rate 40/35/30/25/20 seconds
E (Open to Ideas)
R (Metal Casket): Stannum summons a casket onto an ally or enemy. If Stannum uses this ability on an ally the ally get's a 50% armor and magic resistance buff, an ad buff of 10%/15%/20% of their armor and an ability power buff of 10%/15%/20%. This lasts for 5 seconds. If Stannum casts this ability on an enemy then they are instantly rooted and any damage inflicted upon them is increased by 5%/10%/15%. This lasts for 2 seconds. 120/100/90 second cool down
