Teran, The Reflected Ascended
Lore: As a Shuriman ambasador based in Ionia, Teran has always felt like an outsider, the difference in his appearance compared to the locals has always made him excluded and judged. Making only brief returns to his hometown, Teran relied on getting information about Shuriman daily affairs from the residents of Ionia. When he heard the news that Shurima had suddenly disappeared he quickly left the island to return to the desert that had housed him for years.
Upon his return to Shurima, Teran quickly made his way to the location of the great sun disc, under the current rule of Azir, but quickly realized that the rumours of Shurima’s fall were entirely true, and that his home had been swallowed by the sand.
Through his search to find even a hint of his families location, Teran stumbled across an area much hotter then the rest of the desert located right where the sun disc used to be. He quickly got to work digging, trying to uncover the source of this mysterious heat, only stopping when he saw his own face reflected back at him.
Knowing that the heat of the event that caused Shurima’s fall would be the only way to create such a perfect reflection, Teran spent all night digging yet not once did the heat of the area dip or waver.
Teran kept working, digging and scraping at the sand until he had uncovered a pond of the reflective glass.
Gazing into should him images of the events that beheld Shurima in it’s final moments, Azir announcing his ascension, going up to the sand disk and announcing the freedom of the slaves, something Teran had always worked towards, and finally Xerath betraying his “brother”.
Right at the height of Xerath’s ascension, the mirror began to shake, shattering around the corners as the power of Xeraths ascension reflected itself into Teran, lifting him high into the sky and filling him with power.
Teran saw the images of the past, a world dominated by gods with runes of power; he saw into the future, a man desperately trying to seal away the old gods powers; and finally he saw the present.
He saw himself, filled with the mirrored power of ascension, his features not unlike those of his past life, but somehow different; mirrors sat in his eyes and the palms of his hands, and his legs seemed to be made entirely out of reflective glass.
With the realization of his goal and slowly getting a grasp on his new powers, Teran head out into the world in order to find the man who had sealed away the old gods power.

Teran can ctrl+left click to aim Mirrors Edge at the ground or at** Reflective Terrain ** Attack speed to crit: (Bonus Attack Speed) times 20 equals Crit gained, for example if you have 0.12 bonus attack speed then you can 2.4% crit Range: 550 Damage: Mirrors Edge’s damage ticks 8 times per second, each tick doing magic damage equal to 5-10 (depending on level) + 10% Total AD for a total of 40-80 + 80% Total AD per second
Q (Mirror Blast): Teran shoots a shard of his mirror in a target direction slicing through minions and champions, if it hits his E Reflective Terrain, the shard absorbs the energy in the mirror and can be recast at full range, with it’s point of origin being the mirror.
Mana Cost: 45 Range: 750 range Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 cooldown
Damage: 60/100/130/150/190 +_ 75% Total AP_, increasing by 5-10/10-20/20-40/40-80 bonus damage as it passes through **Reflective Terrain **dependent on the charge of Reflective Terrain
W (Reflective Terrain): Teran places down a mirror onto a target location, if Teran aims Lights Edge at the Reflective Terrain, the harsh sunlight is stored, increasing the effects of an ability when absorbed.
Effect Radius: 225 Cooldown: 15/13/12/12/10 Placement Range: 900 Duration: 25 seconds
Q.O.L EFFECT: Reflective Terrain changes colour depending on the amount of sunlight stored in it 0%-24.9% is Blue, 25% to 49.9% is Green, 50% to 74.9% is Yellow and 75% to 100% is Red. Every 10 damage done by Mirrors Edge to Reflective Terrain is 1% charge.

Q.O.L EFFECT: The amount of energy taken from a Reflective Terrain to cast Reflective Portal is dependent on the range it is cast at, for example if the Reflective Terrain that is being stood on has full energy, but Teran casts** Reflective Portal** 1000 units from him it will only absorb the amount of energy that is needed to cast Reflective Portal at 1000 range.
E (Back at You): Teran places a vertical mirror, reflecting any projectiles back towards whoever cast the projectile originally. The mirror may be shattered by dealing damage to it equal to Half of Teran’s ability power multiplied by twice his level. To a maximum of 1.5k HP.

The projectile that destroys Back at You, will continue through the mirror but with it’s damage decreased by the current health of Back at You, before it was destroyed. Ultimate abilities deal double damage to Back at You.
R (Repercussion): Teran places himself in a reflective bubble (making himself invulnerable for 2.5 seconds), changes the target of all abilities in the AOE to himself, the accumulated damage is then released in an area of effect around him, fully charging any Reflective Terrain in the area. Any Crowd Control abilities that hit Teran during Repercussion instead apply the Crowd Control to the user that threw it.
Mana Cost: 120 AOE radius (Projectile drag and damage explosion): 500 Cooldown: 120/100/80
