Attack type: ranged (~600 range)

Passive: Autos are dealt as magic damage.

Q -- steals 10(+10% AP)(+5% bonus AD) health from all enemies within 450 units. (Essentially true damage with 100% lifesteal.) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds. Cost: 20/35/50/65/80 mana.

W -- Gains (12/20/28/36/44)% attack speed and 20% crit chance for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds. Cost: 40 mana.

E -- Select a champion from a panel. After a cast time of 1 second Fire a blue bolt of ethereal light towards that champion that travels up to 1000 units away and deals 120/140/160/180/200(+20% AP)(+20% bonus AD) magic damage, illuminating the area it passes through. Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds. Cost: 50 mana.

R -- Your next auto gains an on-hit effect that marks an enemy with 'Mark of the Lost' for 6 seconds. You gain 1500 range on units marked with 'Mark of the Lost', and are granted vision on marked enemies. Your next auto on an enemy with 'Mark of the Lost' deals 100/150/200(+100% AP) bonus magic damage, reveals the surrounding area (500 units) for 2 seconds, and consumes the mark. <note that since it is an on-hit effect, it stacks with Runaan's and (new)Guinsoo's passives. That is why the damage is so low.> Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds. Cost: 100 mana.

I will assume this is somewhat serious concept. Why would you want to build AP on this champion or crit? Magic damage can't be critical, unless enabled by some kind of special effect.

Q is pretty much useless except for sustain, when used against minion wave. Also, doesn't matter AP or AD, because scalings are too low to matter. W attack speed works much better for AD build, because AA still scales with AD, but magic attacks can't be critical, so... E - while pretty nifty, it also doesn't support building AP. AD simply works much better. R - only ability which supports building AP, but 1500 range for basic attacks is super high.

item 3006 item 3115 item 3004 item 3025 item 3147 item 3078 This build should work much better, because of maximum on hit damage and spell blade damage (and slow) after ability use.
