Character Concept: Plague

I should first say that my design philosophy is rather straight forward. Everything has a tradeoff. The higher any particular stat is (mobility, damage, defense, etc.) the lower other stats will be as well, some more than others. A character designed for teamfights (aoe damage and effects) can't handle the 1v1 rather well and vice versa. A character who can take a beating can't at the same rate dish it out without taking hits to their mobility. High damage means a higher likelihood of dying from a passing slap to the face. And so on.

Also, I don't design characters that end fights in a matter of seconds and expect multiple rotations of ability to be used in order to take out an opponent. No design of mine ever one-shots or half healths at early to mid-game and even at late game it takes a bit of work to secure a kill on one's own. Outplay's occur when players have time to react and adjust, rather than just a split second before getting blipped from the map.

One last thing. I didn't create this character with league in mind. I refer to champions as destroyers, ap = attack power, and mp = magical power. Carry on.

Buttons are super lame and I don't have time to be worrying about anything other than right clicks. I don't care if people tell me I'm not special or that my parents hate me. I just want to be a nuisance to the world and what better way to be a nuisance than to be a disease, one that devastates the land and makes all who are unfortunate to get too close suffer. Bring your friends along so they may join in. I know just the physical fighter to do it. Numbers can always change.

Passive 1- When you kill an enemy, the area around them becomes sickly as it deals the enemy's full hp over time. Damage is split between the living.

Passive 2- Enemies you hit gain a plague that deals damage over time and slows. This will spread to their allies and will refresh any other plague debuffs below 3s once.

Passive 3- Where you tread the ground dies, leaving a damaging zone that also slows enemies. Zones can't overlap but will instead spread.

Passive 4- When you damage an enemy with your aa, you steal their ms for 10x your current attack speed. Lasts for five seconds. Stacks.

Passive Ult- You have a 25/50/75% chance to deal magic damage based on you ap when you damage an enemy. This damage is returned to you as hp.

Perhaps he should have items that he can activate, but then that defeats the purpose! Whatever. The Plague is the nightmare fuel that people who hate right-click champions never want to see while also wrapping up the night terrors that juggernauts inspire. But we should all remember that the plague can be defeated with proper coordination and plenty of heals. A knockback or two can help. You don't let the plague do whatever it wants in real life, so don't let up for a single second when it nears or it will ravage everything as a slow, inevitable disaster.

Anyway. If you like it, cool. If you don't, hey. At least it ain't in the game.
