Will Blood Lord Vladimir be receiving a visual update?

I recently got Final Boss Veigar through a mystery gift and it's absolutely amazing; major props to Riot for such a quality release. All the fun I'm having with Veigar now, though, has reminded me of poor Blood Lord Vlad, sitting on his old splash, dated skill FX and 10 lines of dialogue. For a legendary skin, he feels a tad underwhelming.

Are there any plans for updates to his visuals? Pulling a on him would be nice; a new splash, a few new lines and some updates to his effects. As it stands now, Soulstealer is his best looking skin, imo
