Frill, the Adopted Poro Queen

Frill is a snow white female yordle born in the Freljord and adopted by a poro village, raising her up ever since she was little and treating her as their queen (technically a princess, she is not married). Though she only can speak a human language, she learned how poros communicate and can understand them fluently. She learned frost magic as she grew up, constructing an enchanted tiny crossbow out of never melting ice and the same for its bolts, one for each hand using a combination of skillful archery and magic to create bolts and fire the crossbows.


Frill is a low upfront damage, but a very high DPS marksman, also the most important factor of summoning a PORO ARMY!! Slaying your enemies with an army of overwhelming cuteness!!!


Attack Range: 500 units Movement: 340 units per second Attack Speed: 1.400 +3% per level Attack Damage: High


Poro Protection (Passive):

Frill always has 5 Poros following her, forever sticking by her side, loyal forever! The Poros remain 75 units behind Frill and each other.

Before Frill takes champion or tower damage, Poros will jump in the way, reducing the damage she would have taken by 12% per Poro that jumped in the way, up to 60%, harming 1 Poro and making him inactive for the next 10 - 4 seconds.

Quick Hands: Frill attacks very fast and she doubles her attack speed cap to 5.0 attacks per second, but she deals 60% damage from all sources associated with her basic attacks.

(No Poros will be killed during the duration of this game.)

Poro Archers (Q):

Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds; Requirement: 1 or more active Poros; Range: 1000 units

From each active Poro's location, they pull out a tiny bow and arrow and fire a shot in the target direction, dealing 8/16/24/32/40(+30%AD)(+30%AP) physical damage to the first enemy struck for each arrow. These attacks can critically strike.

Giant Poro: If Frill is within 500 range to Braum, then she will also fire an additional arrow from her location, dealing the same damage.

Poro Kindness (W):

Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds

Passive: As a reward for keeping all 5 Poros unharmed for 5 seconds, they deliver a feast of treats, healing Frill for 30/90/150/210/270(+90%AP) health.

Active: Frill heals the injuries of the currently inactive Poros, gaining a feast of treats for her kindness, but disabling this passive while Poro Kindness is on cooldown.

Ice Sled (E):

Cooldown: 1.5 seconds

Toggle: Frill constructs an ice sled to ride on, attacking the closest enemy to her automatically, and her Poros will pull the sled, granting 10/12/14/16/18% (+3% per 100AP) bonus movement speed per Poro, up to 50/60/70/80/90%(+15% per 100AP) bonus movement speed. Movement is restrictive while riding the Ice Sled and it is always moving forward. Poros are in front of the sled, pulling it.

Frill cannot move while on the sled if all Poros are injured.

Poro King: If Braum casts Stand Behind Me against Frill, then he throws down his shield like it was an Ice Sled and rides on it with Frill, Frill is in control of the Shield Sled. Braum issues a movement command or Frill toggling the ability off to end the effect.

Poro Might (R):

Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds; Requirement: 5 Active Poros; Width: 750 units

Frill lifts the spirits of her Poros for the next 5 seconds, causing them to greatly grow in size and be physically touching each other in a horizontal line, being immune to going inactive and acting as an impassable wall against enemies and stopping enemies. Frill has restrictive movement during Poro Might.

The poros are always 400 range ahead of Frill and will push enemies that get in their way.

Other: Tuned things a bit to bring this concept up to par with my current standards.

Attack Range increased to 500 from 475 Attack Speed decreased to 1.400 from 1.656 Bonus attack speed per level decreased to 3% from 4%

Poro Protection: Cleaned up the tooltip and clarified things better to what is going on. Clarified that Poros stand 75 units behind Frill and each other Poro Guilt removed which caused a 2 seconds slow for harming a Poro Clarified that harming a Poro makes it inactive for... Injured Poro is now inactive for 10 - 4 from 10 - 3 seconds, based on level Per Poro damage reduction increased to 12% from 10% (Clarified by stating the maximum value as 60%, previously was 50%)

Poros now only jump in the way for champion and tower damage from champion and epic monster damage.

Simplified the modified attacks element to be a lot more streamlined and easier to grasp. Just attack a lot brah! Most importantly, this just cleans up the space and shortens the tooltip quite a bit.

Poro Archers: Moved from the E slot to the Q slot Damage adjusted to 8/16/24/32/40 +30%AD from 10/20/30/40/50 +25%AD 30% ability power ratio added, there used to be a damage ratio for AP builds on ice sled's removed passive Stated that the attacks can critically strike

Poro Kindness: Cooldown reduced to 16/15/14/13/12 from 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Removed the restriction for solo play, should not be needed, especially with other changes being made here to remove the bad fluff (but not the good, warm, adorable snugly kind!).

Ice Sled: Moved from the Q slot to the E slot Passive effect removed Cooldown reduced to 1.5 seconds from 10/9/8/7/6 Is now a toggle ability Stated the maximum value when all 5 poros are active and healthy to pull the sled! Updated Poro King, which is the unique interaction with Braum to make his shield into a Shield Sled allowing Braum to join the ride for a tag-team of poros and poro lovers to come sliding on into the fight!

Poro Might: Renamed from Wall of Poros Cooldown to 120/90/60 from 110/90/70 seconds Width increased to 750 from 400/500/600 units, filling in the gaps of their normal sized separation between each other, each poro becomes 150 units in diametre making them pretty massive poros.

Poros are now 400 range ahead of Frill from 375 Frill now has restrictive movement during Poro Might so that the snow plowing gameplay does not look wonky Clarified things and cleaned up the tooltip

the 5 attackspeed thing as a passive is broken af and with 1.6 base attackspeed any as item would give her double the attackspeed, I guess the range balances it but that ulti shouldn't exist, ADC should never have ults good for peeling

Could the Poros be able to be cast on like champions? That way Frill could be more support-y and also be kinda like an ADC. She could even solo bot lane!
