So I decided to make an Item concept for no reason, it's probably op and broken, feedback is appreciated, thanks! I think it would look like this:

https://panokroko.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/glowing-dna-green-helix.jpg

Build Path item 2015 (800) + item 1028 (400) + item 3113 (850) + 350 = 2400 Total Stats: Attack Speed : 20% Health : 300 Ability Power : 40 Ap Movement Speed : 7% Passive : Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. UNIQUE Passive - Lifeline Strike : Your energized attacks heal you and the nearest ally champion 5% of their missing health, and grant 10% bonus movement speed for 1 second. UNIQUE Active - Lifeline Bond : Tethers an ally champion to you as your Partner. 10% of damage dealt to the allied champion is instead dealt to you as true damage.

So yeah, that's what i got, thanks for reading! :b

Huh.

I'll be honest -- I have no idea who this item is for. It's a support who expects to be auto-attacking a lot, is tanky enough to take damage for an ally, and would rather have a little extra healing than another utility item.

It's definitely unique, and the support-style energizing feature is pretty cool, but I really think this is just a really odd item at the moment that would struggle to find a sufficiently large pool of users.

This item feel so Sona , build the item itself make you feel like you playing her as any champion. And it work on Sona , Ivern , Bard , Lulu . Energized attack should do more (the small path already have 50 magic damage on hit, the big item cannot do less), my suggestion is Steal 50 flat heal. The active look like item 3109 , and they must not stack with each other (you dont want an ADC to have pernament 30% damage reduction with continues heal and shield for them)

This item could be used for Ashe support. EASILY the best item for her in support.

So I've been thinking about this a lot, because I'm weird like that, and because I really liked the base concept behind this item. Here's a suggestion on how to possibly preserve the intent while making it more appealing in general.

GREENFATHER'S DIADEM Build Path: Kindlegem + Aether Wisp + X gold

+40 Ability Power +300 health +10% Cooldown Reduction +6% Movement Speed

Unique Passive: Moving and casting will grant charges. At 100 charges you may activate the item to create a healing zone in a small radius for 6 seconds. Allies in the zone regain 2.5% of their maximum health immediately, and an additional 0.75% of their maximum health each second they remain in the zone.

I cut out the lifeline portion because it steps on the toes of Knight's Vow, and muddies the use case for both items. It's positioned primarily as a support item, but designed to appeal slightly to AP junglers or laners in need of a little bit more sustain. The total healing is 8%, but it provides counterplay by either forcing you to zone yourself or by creating a place where the enemy can push you out of to deny you healing.

It not gets you the sustain in a more support-appropriate manner (casting and movement), appeals to a broader range of supports, provides more strategic healing (and just more healing if used optimally, less if used poorly), and, I believe, appeals to a broader range of characters.

Thoughts?
