Slippy, the Bizarre Vastayan
Slippy was created and born from a very small pond deep within an Ionian forest. Though a vastayan, is nothing like anyone has ever seen, being composed entirely of a magical liquid.
With a small, cute, and joyous appearance and personality, he does not seem like a killer at all, but the opposite is true. He likes to toy with his prey, make them regret harming the forest first and foremost, and then when they are at their wits end... he finishes them off as a form of merciless mercy.
What is he protecting? No one know for sure and he will never say what it is, but a guardian of such power as he, must be something good hidden deep within his home!
Slippy is a defensive marksman. His damage output is extremely low, but he will survive the long fight, irritating the enemy to all hell and slowly whittling down his foes - especially when he gets to his full build with max attack speed! The objective to winning against him is winning before he gets to his late game level of dominance.

Goop Glop (Passive):
Slippy submerges himself into a puddle for 0.1 second whenever he attacks, healing for 5 / (7/9/11/13/15) (+5%AP) health per 0.05 second while submerged and making himself untargetable. Slippy's attacks have no wind up time, but he cannot move while submerged.
If Slippy's attack critically strikes, then he submerges himself for 0.25 second, but he only deals 25% increased damage.
Sticky Goo (Q):
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 40/65/90/115/140 health; Range: 950 / 150 units
Slippy tosses a glob of goop to the target location, slowing and grounding struck enemies by 40/55/70/85/100% for 1.25 seconds. Rank 5 applies as an immobilize.
Casting Sticky Goo grants Slippy 30/45/60/75/90% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.
Liquid Expansion (W):
Cooldown: 28/24/20/16/12 seconds; Cost: 90/135/180/225/270 health; Range: 750 units
Passive: While submerged, Slippy heals for 2/4/6/8/10 more health per 0.05 second.
Active: Slippy expands himself into a giant pool of liquid for 0.75 second, submerging himself and healing allies above for 7/9/11/13/15(+5%AP) health per 0.05 second. Slippy cannot attack during this time.
After 0.75 second later, Slippy slurps up all enemies above to his location and grants himself 20/25/30/35/40%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction for 4 seconds.
Slime Burst (E):
Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 50/70/90/110/130 health; Range: 475 units
Slippy bursts out, knocking back enemies to his maximum attack range and blinding them for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Struck targets currently affected by Sticky Goo will refresh its crowd control duration.
Acidic Goop (R):
Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 125/200/275 health; Range: 1250 units
Slippy spits out corrosive liquid in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy struck, dealing 140/170/200(+100%bAD)(+75%AP) magic damage and then causes the target to take 30/60/90% reduced healing for 3 seconds. Afterwards, Slippy submerges himself for 0.25 second.
Acidic Goop deals 150/225/300% increased damage against shields.
