I want them back so bad, at the very least, make it so there's a Wharf Rat poro skin for the abomination that is Poro King. (In all seriousness it was fun at first but after the 20th time they put it up, it was boring.)

That actually sounds interesting. Should make the Wharf Rat variant of the Poro King game mode. Maybe call it, "Tales of the Wharf Rat Captain" where you see a Wharf Rat pirate jump down and we get to have Battlecast Wharf Rat icons.
Riot has said they aren't bringing back Blackmarket Brawlers, which is very unfortunate for the community (this was answered in a previous Ask Riot). Supposedly it is too hard to balance both the minions and items it had (yet they did it when it came out... odd they could do it that time). The minions and items were also in Butcher's Bridge, so we probably won't be see these little guys at all unless a skin for ARAM is made of Butcher's Bridge (without the minions and items from when the original was out - as Riot doesn't want to do the extra work).
