Will, The Sanity Breaker (Champion Concept)
Lore : Being the only sane person alive in the shadow isles for hundreds of years, Will's mind slowly decayed as the creatures of the land whisper into his head. Beckoning him to join them and offer them a physical form, in return for great power. When Will finally gave in to the temptations, it was his last mistake ever made. The creatures stole his sanity and devoured it whole as if it was a dish. Will now roams the land as a mindless beast that preys on the weak minded.
Appearance : Skinny man with a skeletal like-body and holds a tome on his hand (Whatever is left of his mind)
Role : Crowd Control Initiation with High Burst Damage (A squishy team fighter who has to engage in close combat to be effective.)
Melee Champion
Passive : Fracturing Mind (12 Second Cooldown) His next basic attack against a champion conjures an invulnerable image that attacks the target for magic damage for 4 seconds. Dealing 25% of the champion's AD and AP. This image can be crowd controlled by spells but cannot be killed with damage.
Q : Everlasting Insanity (14 - 10 Second Cooldown) Passively increases the illusion duration by 0.8 - 4 seconds. Destroys the image, dealing 80 - 240 (+25% AP) magic damage to the enemy champion affected. Deals up to 200% bonus damage based on the images's remaining duration.
W : Field of Madness (34 - 26 Second Cooldown) Conjures a field which grants all units within it 10% - 30% bonus attack speed, move speed and life steal. Allies affected by this gain 20 - 60 bonus armor and magic resistance while enemies lose the same amount. Lasts 10 seconds and has an area of 1000 which decays over the duration.
E : Mind Eater (4 Second Cooldown) Passively convert 2% - 10% of all AP into flat magic penetration. Stuns a single enemy for 0.5 seconds and deals 30 - 90 (+10% AP) magic damage and marks them for 4 seconds. The duration of the mark pauses if they are within 650 units of Will. If three enemies are affected by the mark, it activates and causes them to suffer 20% of all damage each one takes as magic damage. Can be applied to more than 3 enemies.
R : The Whisper (90 - 70 Second Cooldown) Causes a single enemy champion to go insane, attacking the closest target to itself (including allies, enemies and monsters). Effect ends after 4 seconds and the unit will have its stats capped. Movespeed Cap : 400 (+20% AP) Attack Speed Cap : 1.50 (+1% per 10 AP up til 2.50) (Negates Lethal Tempo and Hail of Blades)
