Cull Rework Concept

Gain permanent bonus stats when killing enemy minions, up to 100. (Selling removes the bonus and resets the count) Melee : Gain 0.15% Damage Reduction Caster : Gain 0.15% Damage Output Siege : Gain 2.25 Movespeed Uses Up 10 Stacks (Disabled when at 91 Stacks) Upon Completion, Consumes the cull and grants the stats permanently. Cull will be disabled in the shop after completion or after 10 minutes.
