Zel'Rar, The Void Parasite
Passive : Infest Zel'Rar can choose to infest an ally by clicking on an icon (similar to Kindred's Passive) and infest them. The ally gains a percentage of all stats that Zel'Rar receives from items, runes and masteries. Infest has a long cooldown and if the infested target takes damage, Zel'Rar may not uninfest. If the host dies, so will the parasite. Has a low cast range and can make him vulnerable to attacks while outside a host. Allies can buy Void Repellent from the shop if they do not wish to be infested. (Related to Ultimate)
Q : Mark of The Void / Spawning Site Infested : Zel'Rar fires a claw in a direction which deals magic damage and marks the first enemy struck. If the marked target takes damage from the host, it will take additional magic damage and heal the host based on damage dealt.
Uninfested : Zel'Rar lays down a hatching zone which will spawn void spiders and cause them to march towards the closest visible enemy (including towers and excluding monsters unless the monster is in combat with an ally champion). The void spiders will begin attacking the target until it dies.
W : Void Enzymes / Void Carapace Infested : Shields the host and continuously heal the host until the shield decays out or is destroyed by an enemy. Can be casted on an enemy to place a debuff called Anti-Shield which blocks a flat amount of healing.
Uninfested : Zel'Rar enters stasis for 2 seconds and is able to use his passive from a greater distance. Once the stasis ends, Zel'Rar immediately rushes to the chosen ally.
E : Extra Limb / Extra Wings Infested : Zel'Rar may now auto-attack while inside the target for 10/20/30/40/50 % of the damage of his actual attack, including sheen damage and on-hit effects. Additionally, if the ally has a Camouflaged effect on them, the detection radius is reduced by 20%
Uninfested : Zel'Rar flies towards a target area (Similar to Aurelion Sol's E) while remaining Camouflaged.
R : True Infestation Can only be casted while infested. Zel'Rar completely takes over the controls of the host, and is able to use the host's abilities for them. Your host's abilities will go on cooldown if you use them and will not count towards their own casting which means all spells used will only trigger runes, masteries and items that Zel'Rar owns. True infestation lasts up to 10/11/12 seconds or when the host suffers 50% of its current health when the true infestation began.
Gameplay : Zel'Rar is a support that relies heavily on his host to make use of his abilites. While uninfested, Zel'Rar's main job is to siege the enemy turrets and be out of sight as he is very squishy. During the laning phase, his adc has to constantly survive on their own so that Zel'Rar's late game supporting kit can kick in. Zel'Rar is a support that can make up for his allies mistakes. If your ally happens to get your best champion but is doing poorly, simply take control momentarily in order to help them with their troubles.
Inspiration : Kayn's R, Abathur from Heroes of the Storm, The shapeshifter (On old champion concept), Zz'Rot Portal, a certain ability from legends of Dota called Arcane Symbiosis (A custom game) and the frustration of seeing a player pick my main champ and plays the champ badly.
