Karthus skin for my birthday?

Hi. My birthday is next month (The 13th to be precise) and I've been hoping rito could release a new Karthus skin before then so I can use my birthday money and spend it to get it LOL. So my wish is for there to be a new Karthus skin to come out before my birthday.
