( which should have never been an item) i think rather than boots it would require you to have teir 2 boots, essentially making it tier 3. 6 second airborn immunity seems broken, rather increase the cd by 15. they saviour passive should when enemies attempt to finish off a teammate below 20% percent health, making it a saviour passive. the active should work like iron locket, accept it give immunity 1 second to whoever is under 5% health, 100-450 shield (depends on level) for 8 seconds under 20%health and for the rest give them 50- 250 help (based on level).
