Janna Mini-Rework?
Janna, The Storm's Fury.
And also, the least amount of First Bloods, And a pretty ignored passive. Lacks actual damage.
Above all, one of THE BEST supports in LoL because of her Utility.
But what's this? She's listed as a Support / Mage?
This is where it begins.
I've mained Janna for a while now, 76k and only going higher. Her set is amazing, to be honest; but she should have some offensive and buffs.
Passive: Tailwind
This is what I really, REALLY don't enjoy the most.
No one notices it, no-one cares for it. (Not to mention every champion can have her passive now thanks to the
)
I've thought of many ways to make this better, like making it a weaker Soraka passive or like Singed's new passive.
But I've ended with this:
Passive: Tailwind Enemy champions who run towards Janna or a shielded tower decreasingly lose movement speed. Decreases enemy movement for up to 5/10/15/20% ( Increases with Zephyr level. )
This allows Janna to actively pursue enemy ADCs and support like how Lux, Morgana and even Braum can. And those who try to tower dive you and your ADC are dealing with a modified (I'll get to that later) tower that slows you the closer you get, which is one of Janna's unique traits.
Q Active: Howling Gale This is hands down one of THE BEST moves in LoL. It's a timed skillshot which increases it's range, damage and knock-up. There's nothing I would change about it, but I could see a small buff.
Q Passive: Cyclone Howling Gale pulls enemy non-champion units towards it.
W: Zephyr
This extreme slow is what makes people PLAY Janna.
However, with this in mind; it should become more of a double-sided blessing like Orianna's ball. 
W Active: Janna commands her air elemental to attack the target enemy, dealing them magic damage, a decaying slow for 2 seconds by an amount and grounds them, slow capped at a maximum of 80%.
W Passive: While Zephyr is not on cooldown, Janna is aided by a air elemental who ghosts her and grants her bonus movement speed, increases Howling Gale whirlwind range, increases Eye of the Storm shield attack damage to 15% AP.
When Zephyr is active, Monsoon will damage opponents 40/80/120 (+ 10% AP) damage and drag in opponents who haven't been knocked back. Zephyr will have a static 5 second cooldown.
Now Janna will become more dependent on her W, also getting buffs from it. So a "Let me slow them and go" will change into "Charge and engage".
E: Eye of the Storm This is what sets Janna apart from Karma, Nami or Lulu. This legit increases ATTACK DAMAGE. Now, it can be used on turrets as well. The shield is pretty balanced already but..._ Increases turret firing speed by 10/20/30%
R: Monsoon (Kinda.) This needs a cast time, ok? With the Zephyr changes already, you could just run in the middle of a teamfight and do some damage, heal your allies and walk out. +3 second cast time. (YES, 3 SECOND CASTING TIME) +25% increased ally movement speed during cast time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Those are ideas to build off of for a mini Janna rework. Please don't hate.
