Can we give magnificent twisted fate a proper legendary skin :/

This is the only legendary skin that has no new particles/voice/animations/recall and in comparison to the other legendary skins (aether kayle, infernal doge) its really misleading to have this as a legendary skin could riot please rework it there are a lot of twisted fate fans who would be happy other wise
