Champion Concept: Eglantine, the Contender of Demacia

With all the other tank champion concepts that I've been doing, I decided that I might finally do an AD diver, so let's get right into it: Eglantine is a diving fighter/bruiser who's designed to live in the botlane, like Mordekaiser before he got nerfed. I thought it was an interesting concept, so this is Eglantine!

Demacian soldiers say a lot of things about the dauntless warrior known as Eglantine. They claim she's won every possible tournament she's ever attended, and has never once backed down from a fight. This story isn't that far from the truth, but one part of the legend is undenyable: Love is as powerful force as gravity. Charging in with her trusty mount Ezarot, she fights for the hand of her greatest love.

PROS & CONS: PROS

  • Semi-mobile

  • Passive deals alot of damage early

  • W can be absurd in right teamcombs

  • Ult benefits alot from enemy carries

CONS:

  • Q can be hard to hit

  • Vulnerable to poke

  • Needs to go ham early

  • E only CC

It sounds a bit too much like fiora. if you could alter what the ultimate and passive do, i think it would be a little more original and unique. the w is a little too strong, a teamwide flash is so broken, that would be banned everytime.

I like how her name reminds me of Eggplant lol. Her splash is awesome!!

Her R reminds me too much of Jarvan, its different but at the same time similar. Maybe if this wall could combine windwall aspects (eg. no outside interference) it would be cool.

W sounds interesting, and possibly hard to balance.

Cool concept. I really do like the idea of having a melee fighter in bot lane, like the original intention of reworked Mord but as much as I like this I have a few issues. One the ult is pretty much ripped off of legion commander from Dota 2. Two the ult I feel could lead to some problems. Depending on how long the game goes you could just rack up enough bonus damage off of the ult that then basically you could sell all of your damage items and just build full tank. Not a very likely thing to happen but the possibility is still there. Three, I can easily just seeing her just being played more as a top laner then a fighter ADC in bot lane easily. Just with how things are right now in League that's just how I feel people would play her. Again, I still like the idea but I'm just giving my concerns about the whole concept.

Ok, i like the idea behind this, i do have some comments on this

Passive: ok so The passive is fine i guess i Just feel it should be a Litle More unique and interresting

Q: I really like the passive on The q, it's Strong but not too much. The active however, seems a bit too much like Jarvan IV Q. I think this Kind of ability is neccessary for her identity though. So what i would do, is to make it a piercing Basic attack maybe, to set her apart from J4

W: i REALLY like this ability, it's unique Cool, funny and Strong. A Little too Strong maybe. My proposal would be to Limit it to non-ultimate movement abilities and no summoner spells. Think about it, Double malph ult and everyone can follow-up with a free Flash. Even though i like the concept, i kinda fail to see how this fits her identity as this tournament Legend.

E: Cool, but it seems way too similar to Hecarim's E. Maybe if it was Just a targeted spell it would be pretty Cool

R: This One is pretty Cool too, it seems a bit like a mix of fiora's R and Jarvan IV's R. I would give both Eglantine and her target old Poppy ult, meaning they can only take damage from, and deal damage to eachother. Then maybe Arena, which, if left by either Party before The end of The Tournament (7-8 sec), causes Them to forfeit The "Tournament" immediately granting their opponent The Buff for winning.

I like the overall concept and idea (especially the one on the ulti that only gives Eglantine AD based on her opponent's bonus AD preventing her from just using it every time on the enemy support or squishy AP mid laner). Except the e like others have stated seems very similar to hec's e and that the passive might be a bit too bland but overall she looks really cool and i would love to run down my enemies in a chivalrous tournament of pure skill.
