Nice work there. I hope you don't some nitpicking scroundel dropping in ;P
Misc: Strangely I have never seen a Powerpoint Presentation with integrated Audio before.
#Aquila - The New Tide
General: Compared to Tidecaller and Tidal Trickster her title seems somewhat flat in comparison.
Without Lore it's hard to judge, but I feel like her Q could use another name of the bearded lady.
Passive: It's very similiar to Rakans shield, but weaker in comparison (less scaling, has requirements, no CD reduction).
Q-Ability: Visually it seems similiar to Illaoi's Q. Overall the abilities effects flow nicely together, but the MS buff seems like an added bonus due to already having a slow. It's odd for the slow to not scale every level.
W-Ability: Just for confirmation: If I Q after W does the newly created stream root enemies?
E-Ability: Reminds me of a Reverse Fizz E. Overall interesting and thematic.
R-Ability: I am a bit confused on where "puddles" suddenly come from. From the sound of it, it's a slow Gnar R, but I could be wrong there (choose direction, enemies in range become untargetable and get moved into that direction and damaged). Why displace Allies as well?
Overall: Depending on whether the River is included in "bodies of water" she could be very hard to balance as you always have to account for the best case scenario, even if most of the times she will have to fight outside of the River.
#Rylan - The Wayfarer
Passive: Stealing Gold from an enemy player sounds unfun as a concept, since it punishes both players for being ahead. The max. health damage scaling up to ~31.5%, but starting out at 5% with a 20 sec CD could be spread more evenly.
Q-Ability: I assume it has less range than Teemos Q, but it sounds very similiar.
W-Ability: A rather basic MS buff with a target bonus for better chasing. Seems to be at odds with the passive, Q and E, due to being aggressive when all other abilities are more defensive.
E-Ability: How does Disarm differ from Blind?
R-Ability: A straight 20% Max HP execute sounds really bland and it only seems to synergize with the passive. Why does the ability suddenly gain a new effect at level 3?
Overall: This champion is either your worst nightmare (denies your AA with TWO abilities and has %HP damage and execute) or a walk in the park if you are ability focused and can keep your range.
#Raven - The Cheap Shot
General: Raven sounds an awful lot like Riven. The Cheap Shot sounds more like Rylan than Raven IMHO.
Passive: Nice way to reward consecutive hits, although I personally feel like "ignore" would be better than "rend", since it only benefits her and as such can be balanced easier.
Q-Ability: Seems to work against her passive. Having it stop at the first minion, but requiring a long channel seems a bit counterintuitive.
W-Ability: Stacks are very easily gained. The AS buff seems overtuned and somewhat basic.
E-Ability: Tripling her AA with a good setup sounds really overpowered. Just think about what kind of nightmare Kog'Maws doubled AA were.
R-Ability: A rather basic skillshot execute...
Overall: Due to lacking any mobility and CC (in battle) she seems similiar to Kog'Maws "babysitted" ADC status, which is a playstyle I personally think should stay limited to him.
This is purely my opinion though and I hope I made everything clear and didn't come off as too harsh.
