This mode would be a summoners rift game, except the recommended items for every champ would be disabled for that champ. Also general items that are meta like lethality on adcs would be disabled. The idea is that everyone is forced to build off meta with whatever troll builds they can come-up with.
Literally Jax and Kayle will be busted or they would have to ban almost every item they can build.

Seems too confusing to make and lacks a bit of originality. Perhaps a new map would spice things up a little more. And a new game mode involving hide and seek, which shouldnt be as confusing. Hiders can only buy movement speed items and cdr items but no damage items. And on the enemy side, there can be 2 seekers that can buy any items they need except for vision items. each hider can only have 3-4 teleport trinkets like in ascension mode and once they run out of those trinkets, theyre out of the game.
