I've seen this be said for literally every new champion release. Every single release we get a "Sounds like a great jungler!" comment even for champions like or with a detailed explanation of why their kit has every tool necessary to be a great ganker. Then they hit PBE and it turns out that even though the champion has "an excellent ganking kit" they actually can't clear at all and gets fucked in the ass by any jungler who can run circles around them clear wise and counter-

Seriously, I just thought I'd point this out. Honestly I'm surprised that this isn't a meme yet.

He probably won't have enough damage to jngl. Off-meta high roaming potential mid at best. His kit is totally geared toward being a supp like Riot announced he was.

I remember it actually being a meme, back when Phreak did all the champion spotlights he'd commonly say something along the lines of 'I play X as a jungler and build triforce for tons of damage' basically no matter what champion it was.

Many people don't realize that good ganks =/= good Jungler. Majority of Mid Laners have stupidly good ganks, but... check out that Jungle speed/sustain.

It should be a meme lol but usually it has to do with either one of these 2 issue's the champion has.

No abilities that are good at early Clearing.
Mana Problems.

For pyke, i don't know about his Mana, but his Q and E are both AOE, so he might be able to and his R is actually amazing for roaming and ganking, your laner will always get the gold from the kill when you gank for them, or roam from botlane so he might be but i'll see on the PBE for myself.

These boards are so idiotic in some cases. Proof is when they judge a champion being a viable jungler based on if they can gank or not, and not on if they're able to clear the jungle efficiently.

I remember people tried to make Bard and Braum work in the jungle but failed miserably. This will happen again with Pyke.

Tailyah jungle did work until they repeatedly trashed her numbers, still kinda can but it's no where near as good
