[Champion Concept] Aralt, Envoy of Ghosts
Aralt, Envoy of Ghosts MAGE
Abilities: (Passive) Envoy's Protection: When Aralt is slain, a ghost is spawned at her corpse with 10% of her max health and 120% of her base move speed, and begins to move directly towards her nexus. If the ghost survives for five seconds, the ghost is destroyed and Aralt revives at the ghost's position with half of her maximum health and mana. This ability has a 180 second cooldown.
(Q) Pain Testing: Aralt marks an enemy, slowing them for 1.5 seconds and causing them to take slightly increased damage for the duration. If the slow is not removed before running its course, when it wears off the victim takes a set amount of damage, plus 50% of the damage dealt to them during the slow, and has their damage slightly reduced for 1 second.
(W) Ghostly Apparition: Aralt summons a wraith at a target location for a few seconds. The wraith does not attack, and has health equal to 10% of Aralt's max health. Enemies that come within a short distance of the wraith have fear applied for a second and take damage periodically for as long they are near the wraith. Enemies cannot be affected with fear by the same wraith twice, though the DOT zone will still harm them.
(E) Terrifying Stride: Aralt steps through the ghost plane, teleporting a short distance and causing an explosion of ghostly energies at her arrival point, damaging all nearby enemies. This ability has it's cooldown refreshed by kills and assists.
(R) Spectral Scourging: Aralt channels for a couple seconds, taking half damage for the duration, before marking a fair sized area around her for the ghost's inspection. Enemies in the area are slowed and take damage over time, while Aralt heals a percentage of the damage dealt. Enemies cease to be effected once they leave the area, and Aralt can leave the area as well without penalty.
Bio: Aralt was a magical explorer, who had made it her life's work to discover and catalog all alternate planes, so that extra-planar sumonings would not be dangerous any longer. One day, she discovered a terrifying plane, filled with strange, spectral creatures. Perturbed by what she had seen, Aralt quickly ceased her observations. What she didn't realize was that her actions had been noticed. The ghostly entities were surprised to discover a creature so unlike themselves, and decided to investigate Runeterra. Using Aralt's past connection to their plane, the ghosts entered her mind. Slowly and carefully, they sculpted her mind, causing Aralt to drive her allies away, and become distrustful of her own world. In time, Aralt was twisted into believing only the entities of the ghostly plane deserved her service. Now a loyal servant of the ghosts, Aralt acts as their envoy to Runeterra, gathering information for her masters.
Description (Gameplay): Aralt is designed to strike fast and hard, while still able to slip away if needed. Her passive makes killing her tricky, and makes her essentially immune to being sniped. Aralt is very aggressive, punishing her foe for being in range without allowing them a chance to retaliate, and still being able to escape if needed.
Description (Physical): Aralt is dressed in a flowing white robe, with long sleeves and a raised hood that places her face in shadow, save for her glowing purple eyes. She does not walk, rather hovering just above the ground as she moves. When she attacks, she fires bolts of purple magic at her enemies.

, perhaps you should simplify the text to say "put the enemy in stasis"
would make it a skillshot though, something like
's bombs that stick to a target.
boxes)
and
's ult, seems to go against the nature of this champ who seems to be a ranged mage.
would replace this spell for something else
's and
's ult.
.
If you want an assassin, a stasis in Q is the opposite of what you need,
