Ocras, the hungry soul Fighter/Assassin

Abilities: (Passive) Delicious Sou: Every third attack Ocras makes marks an enemy's soul as delicious, causing her attacks and abilities to do extra damage to them.

(Q) Hunger field: Ocras embeds a portion of her essence into a moderate area, slowing and damaging enemies in the area. Ocras can trigger the zone by entering it, causing all enemies within the zone to be drawn to her position. The field dissipates after a few seconds, or after Ocras enters it.

(W) Eternal starvation: Passively causes Ocras to deal bonus damage based on her enemy's missing health. When activated, Ocras' hunger drives her into a frenzy, granting her bonus movement and attack speed for a short time. If the target being damaged has been marked as delicious, Ocras heals a percentage of the damage she deals to them.

(E) Nowhere to run: Ocras dashes to a nearby enemy, damaging them and causing all nearby enemies to be revealed and provide vision for a few seconds. If the target has been marked as delicious, they are slowed for a few seconds.

(R) Your Soul Is Mine!: Ocras tears out and devours a nearby enemy champion's soul, restoring a portion of her missing health and mana. The target must be marked as delicious. The enemy champion takes minor damage, and is affected by Soulless, slowing them and dealing damage over a few seconds. If the initial damage or DOT kills the enemy champion, then the ability cooldown finishes instantly. If this happens, and Ocras casts the ability again within a few seconds, the second cast deals extra damage. This function can chain for so long as Ocras has targets.

Bio: Ocras knows nothing about who or what she is. Her earliest memories are of awakening on the floor of an ancient tomb, her entire body tingling and wracked with pain. A man was crouching next to her, his hand extended, concern on his face. Overtaken by terrible, overriding need, Ocras reached up into the man, tore out his soul, and devoured it. As the man faded into dust, the pain dissipated for a time, but before long it returned, forcing her to search for more souls to consume. Ocras wandered the land, hunting for souls to consume to slake her endless hunger. In time, she came to realize that nothing she could do would sate the hunger for long. Worse, she began to hear a voice in her head, similar to her own, pleading with her to stop her slaughter. Desperate for relief from the voice, she set out to find the owner of the voice, whom she believes is the mate of the man from the tomb, trying to gain vengeance for his death. Driven by hunger and hatred of the nagging voice, Ocras slaughters her way through the world, trying to find a measure of peace in an existence that has none.

Description (Physical): Ocras is humanoid, and looks vaguely female. She appears as a walking shadow, whose skin flows constantly over her body like a liquid. She has no visible features on her body, save for a pair of glowing white eyes on her face. As she moves, traces of herself trail behind her, though they are withdrawn when she stands still. In combat, Ocras uses her arms as weapons, her hands becoming blades for her to strike with, before returning to their original form when combat ends.

Description (Gameplay): Ocras is a duelist, designed to strike fast and hard, giving her foe little time to react or escape. Her base damage is therefore rather high. To compensate, her health is a little lower than normal, and her base movement speed is also nothing remarkable. But if she can get close to her foe, there are few that can withstand her attacks for long.

Hey! ^_^ Here are my thoughts on Orcras, the Hungry Soul!

Numbers: I don't like to judge concepts based on numbers but the thing is they are really important for a concept to have. They are what tells me just how much damage this champ can do, how does she scale, the range and area of her abilities, etc. Without numbers I can't give you a proper review so I'm mostly going to talk about the concept rather than individual abilities.

Gameplay: I'm guessing this champion would be some kind of AS bruiser like Nocturne? Her E and W encourage her to constantly AA and her abilities don't seem to resemble those of an AD caster(The Q doubles as a slow those abilities with that much utility tend not to do that much damage and ult does "minor damage" so I don't think she's relying on these). This might not match up with your imagined gameplay as these champions don't really do damage fast, think of Nocturne he doesn't burst he spends a bunch of time hacking you to bits. If you want to design a champion that "hits hard and fast while giving little time to react or escape" try looking into Talon or Rengar. These two champion fufill that niche however......Instantly killing someone without giving them a chance to react is unhealthy gameplay, you've been one shotted by Rengar before haven't you? How fun was that?

Passive: Overall it's a little niche, I guess it helps chasing into bushes but overall I don't think it's an optimal passive.

Lore: I'm not exactly a big fan of the mysterious backstory lores but I guess it works, it conveys her goals and her current state. It could be better but it works....

Here are some questions to help with your concept.

-Why should I play Orcas? What does she do that no other champion do?

Why should I play Orcas over say Nocturne? Noct can arguably do more damage with all his AS boosts and passive than Orcas can(I have no idea I don't know her numbers), he can essentially gapclose to anyone globally which makes him an amazing diver, also he has his W and sustain from his passive to keep him alive. Why do I pick Orcas over Nocturne?

-Imagine playing your favorite champion in your favorite role against Orcas What do you do?

A champion ideally must be fun to play and play against, do you believe Orcas embodies this? How do you deal with Orcas?

-Imagine playing a game as Ocas, what do you do? What do you build?

tbh passive kinda useless... i think maybe make it that any aa will mark the target and an ability used on it will use the stacks and deal bonus magic damage per stack (levels with ult) 10/13/15%

ugh the numbers look too strong

Edits made. Also, I wanted to clarify the backstory, as it's intended to be written as Ocras understands things, and not how they actually happened. Ocras was a treasure hunter. She and her husband were exploring a tomb when Ocras set off a curse that transformed her into her current form. The man she killed in the tomb was her husband. The voice in her head is what's left of her humanity, horrified by what she's done and trying to bring her rampage to an end.
