Champion for 1,350 IP?

Hello everyone. If I'm placing this in the wrong place, I didn't know. This is my first time. My criteria: -1,350 IP (as I said above) -Ranged (Mage or Marksman) -Medium health (not to have super low health) I already have and , and I'm level 7. If anyone could share some thoughts I'd be grateful. Thanks.

Morgana all the way 1350 ranged mage with shit tons of sustain great cc and she can take a rod of ages/hourglass build to be really durable. plus shes a great supp too

also very easy to play for the most part
