If all 5 people agree to surrender, it shouldn't be at 15 minutes

It should be at the start of the game. It should be a first blood, when an ally AFKs. It should be when in a 5 man one person has to go and the rest of you don't have to wait 15 minutes to leave. When EVERYONE on your team doesn't want to play, why keep them? Okay, so you want to inspire teamwork and comebacks, and not giving up. Well what if people don't want to do that. 7 minutes in the LeBlanc is 12/0, and my mid Kassadin is running it down mid, why do my teammates and I suffer for another 8 minutes? This should at least be in normals, for normals you can just queue up with things don't go well without any drawback.

How do you get a 5 surrender vote if there's an afk ? Also with this feature, wins trading would be too easy.

Nah, people suck, you'd get people ff at 6 mins if any lane goes 3/0

As the winning team I'd feel my time was utterly wasted and that I just sat through 3 mins of champ select and a 5 min queue and a 3 min load for less than 6 mins of actual gameplay it'd ruin league.

{quoted} It should be at the start of the game. It should be a first blood

Pretty sure this is exactly why they force you to wait until at least 15 minutes.

I do not really get why 4 voting yes is not good enough to surrender at 15, when we know your top laner is 0/10 at the 15min mark will never vote yes.

To be honest Im not a fan of thee ff@15 most of the time unless under some exceptions such as 1 person is lagging really hard and wants to leave or someone afked. People give up way too easily hell I wont even surrender at 20 unless we are doing extremely bad and have no late game champs at all or no really good teamfighters/wombo combo comp

would create such an unhealthy mentality in low elo where everyone gives up at the first sight of a disadvantage

Regardless, with the exception of the remake option, Surrender isn't going to be available before like, the 7 minute mark.

That's pretty much the minimum length for any rewards to be handed out. Surrendering before that would rob everyone of the IP, XP and other rewards tied to the end of the match.

I actually had an instance back with the old Dominion mode, where the enemy ended in less than 7 all because they captured and held all 5 points from the word go. (Everyone called it Bull crap)

I just had someone troll because 1 person voted no at 15 minutes.

I'd say 10 minutes would be good. It takes a truly desperate situation for all 5 players to agree to surrender, so I'm not worried about people giving up winnable games very often.
