Creating the option for the button "target champions only" to be toggle. It should be rather simple, there's already one that's a hold.

Is that like attack move but only targets champs or do you still have to directly click on the champ and it just prevents miss clicking onto minions?
I would like a button to only target enemies tbh you still have to click them but you might not accidentally click your own minions/allies

it should also work with attack click move. You press it, press attack click move and it targets champion. OR you can make it work like ACM
