How to Re-Work Nunu

Nunu and Willump are now seperate champions.

Nunu becomes an ice mage.

Willump remains as a util/tank jungler.

Thoughts?

except for the fact that Nunu DOESN'T need a rework. He can be played as support, jungle, or top. His E's can chunk a squishy for half their health, a good let is game changing...so please do not try to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed.
