I kinda feel like Riot is lying to us

One of the quips of a comment from a Rioter about QoD Syndra, is that they want champions to have varying ranges of skins, from 750's to 975 to etc. But Ezreal has literally gotten his 4th recolor skin. How is Syndra different in terms of price varying, but Ezreal gets stucks with countless recolor after recolor.
