A Teemo rework/update
It can't be denied. Our dark Lord and Savior is having a rough time being relavent. Outside of his mains he can tend to struggle. Why? Well for starters he's usually only picked to counter the enemy top and give some map pressure through traps. But with the help of Scuttle (plushie pls), red trinket, plants, duskblade, control ward, and more; his traps are kinda failing.
Some people say buff x or revert y but I think it's time to give one of the oldest and most iconic champions a rework. So I've come up with one that's on the Darius level. Same play style retained, same build stype is being aimed for. Just looking to update him.
So Teemo is typically built or designed to build ap, attack speed, on hit, and cdr. He's also known for his poison style. So I came up with something that makes him a poison/status effect champion. (Think Butterfree)
Passive remains the same. It's pretty solid.
Old Q: Blinding Dart is pretty iconic to Teemo and is usually what allows him to counter aa based top laners and give adc's hell. But against any mage or caster, it's really just an empowered auto attack reset. New Q: Knock out. Teemo fires a skill shot that puts his target to sleep for x seconds. Something short in duration and gives him a little hard cc. Also can't be cleansed or removed (you're asleep). It can collide on first champ, minion, or whatever if it seems strong.
Old W: For the most part it's just a speed boost. Pretty out dated. New W: A small hop. Think Gnar Hop. Can bounce off Shrooms
Old E: Youre AA's apply poison. Kinda boring. New E: Passive- AA's still apply poison. Active- Teemo applies a selected statis to his next 3 shots. Think Twisted Fate selection style. One that applies a slow. One applies grievious wounds. And one amps the normal poison. After the 3 shots this ability passive goes on a cooldown.
Old R: His iconic Shrooms. Aggrivating and bordline op back in the day when they had ten minutes, nuked, and weren't so easy to detect. Now they're pretty easy to detect and shut down. New R: Still tossable and bounce off each other. When popped (even when disabled) they drop a small Blinding smoke aoe (think Graves). Teemo can also use his new W to bounce off them (Gnar style). When bouncing off them they pop immediatly.
Note (when popped while disabled they don't do damage. Only drop the smoke. This allows them to still have counterplay through detection items but still have some use to fight back.
So, if you actually read through this, Thank You. I feel this would make him a pretty unique champion in regards to all the statis ability he brings.

He still retains his need for the stats he usually builds.

He's got fun new tools that still allow counterplay (no PnC blind on constant poison ticks) but has an added cc and statis effects that help him be useful in team fights so he doesn't have to be stranded into top island.
