Can We Get Hata No Kokoro (Touhou) as a LoL Champion?

Q : Throws a mask towards a targeted location, damaging and slowing enemies struck. It then explodes after a few seconds, causing smaller masks to travel randomly dealing damage to enemies struck by them.

W : Sets loose a bunch of red skull masks which wander slowly around Hata No Koroko for several seconds, locking on and moving towards the nearest enemy champion in range, dealing damage to enemies hit and restoring some health per successful hit.

E : Launches a giant wolf mask which travels in a straight line, knocking back enemies hit and dealing damage.

R: Hata No Koroko creates a large ring around herself for 5 seconds, becoming rooted and unable to cast spells, gaining 70% / 80% / 90% damage reduction, and immune to crowd control for the duration. Enemies inside cannot escape, and are dealt damage for attempting to cross the ring's boundary. Bullets shoot out from Hata no Kokoro towards the edge of the ring in a spiral with the size of the ring reducing slowly until the ability ends. Every hit by a bullet deals damage and multiplies the next bullet's damage another 5% up to a maximum of 10 times (+50%).
