Disco Bard & Tahm Grinch

Skin #1: Disco Bard Well we have Disco Zilean, but why not Disco Bard? His dance already fits the theme perfectly ;)

Q- the animation for when it hits a stun could be changed from his face to a peace sign

W-turn them into disco balls! When they're not big yet have them just sit there, when they get bigger have them start spinning and reflecting, maybe with some ambient music (or not)

E-make it more psychedelic, man

R-One of the more outlandish ideas I had regarding the skin would be for his ult to land and place a disco ball above the area of effect with music playing and meeps boogieing to the beat among the frozen champions. I thought about having the champions dance then realized that would be confusing for some new players if they didn't know what bard's ult did if they weren't clearly untargetable.

You could do something to the effect of DJ Sona where he plays some out of this cosmo disco music by our dope music team, but I understand that is a big time and money commitment.

Skin #2: Tahm Grinch With the holiday season's coming up, I'm sure the team that works on skins is looking for holiday ideas, and Tahm doesn't have a whole lot of skins yet so why not give the river king a new trosseau for Christmas. He's already mean and green, I'm sure making the Kench into the Grinch wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
