Bard Bard is cool and all...

But when is Groovy Bard gonna be a thing? Hippie meeps, trumpet sounds when he collects a chime (which could have been the 8th notes that are on Bard Bard but I doubt Riot would want to blatently reuse art from one skin in another), little Disco balls for his W shrines that pump little music when they upgrade, tidi portals, peace signs when his Q connects, have the golden champions dance in his ult with some disco music. Big fluffy chest hair and some bell bottom jeans around his little weird peg legs. His back animation would have him having a party with his meeps... So many fun ideas! It would be fantastic!
