Is there a public opinion poll for new changes, and if not should there be?

I think it might be beneficial to riot to have a public opinion poll for the players to voice how they feel about changes once they've been live for a couple of weeks. Now, I know that almost all of them would be negative because people don't like change, but how negative the reaction is could tell riot a lot about how players actually feel about the changes. Thoughts and disagreement are welcome =)
