Passive: Darkin Plague. Ranks automatically raise at levels 1/6/13. Damaging an enemy with Tevik’s (or Belzith’s) abilities add one stack of Plague. A maximum of 5 stacks can be on one enemy at a time, further damage from abilities placed on the enemy will reset the duration. Plague lasts 4 seconds and deals 5/10/15 (+ 2% AP) magic damage per second with each stack. For each stack, enemies lose 1/2/3% of their armor and magic resistance.
Q: Binding Grasp A fade of Belzith’s arm is extended outward, connecting to an enemy champion or monster and applying an effect.Upon connecting to a target, this ability changes to Soul Tear, which will consume the amount of Plague stacks currently on the target to deal damage, but will cost additional mana. Walking out of the tether range will automatically end the effect and put both abilities on cooldown. On Enemy: Damages the target initially for 40/65/90/115/140(+ 40% AP) and slowing the target by 20%. Additional damage is applied upon using Soul Tear for 10/20/30/40/50 (+10%AP) x the number of plague stacks on the target. Belzith On Enemy: Heals Belzith based on 20% of the damage. When Soul Tear is used no stacks of plague are consumed but are used for damage. Cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12 seconds Mana Cost: 50 mana Mana Cost for Soul Tear: 50 mana Cast Time: 0.25 seconds Duration: 3 seconds. Range: 850 units Max Tether Range: 900 units Skill Width: 60 units Skill Travel Speed: 900 units/second
W: Arcing Rage Tevik sends out two arcing beams of energy from the top of his staff, converging at the targeted location. Enemies on the path of either beam are damaged for 80/115/150/185/220 (+ 60% AP). If an enemy is struck by both beams (only possible at the start and end of the path) they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds. Belzith: Enemies take 30% additional damage if hit by both beams. (This is beneficial in two ways, where it will add to the total possible damage and add another stack of plague, where without the ultimate, it will only apply one stack since the second beam does no additional damage). Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Skill Width: 60 units Maximum Range R (from start to end point): 800 Distance from center to middle of arc: R/2 Travel Speed along arc: 1200 units/second
E: Plagued Swarm Tevik launches a swarm of 9 plagued spikes in a 45 degree cone (3 prongs of 3). Each spike may only hit 1 enemy, then it will disappear. Enemies can be affected by a maximum of 3 spikes per cast. Each spike deals 20/35/50/65/80 (+ 25% AP) magic damage. Spikes deal an additional 5% damage for each stack of plague on the enemy hit. Belzith: Plagued spikes will pass through units, damaging all enemies they pass through. Cooldown: 12 seconds. Mana Cost: 55/70/85/100/115 mana Range: 900 units Cast Time: 0.25 seconds Unit Width (per spike): 30 units Travel speed: 900 units/second
R: Complete Possession Belzith possesses Tevik, changing form and empowering Tevik’s abilities for 10 seconds. In addition, Belzith gains an additional 15/20/25% of Tevik’s ability power for the duration. Cooldown: 150/120/90 seconds Mana Cost: 100 mana Cast Time: 0.50 seconds
Stats Health: 562.5 (+ 84) Health/5: 6.54 (+ 0.60) Mana: 332.8 (+ 47) Mana/5: 5.75 (+ 0.25) Attack Damage: 49.46 (+ 3) Attack Speed: 0.598 (+ 2.8%) Armor: 24.66 (+ 3) Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 330 Range: 550

Personality Tevik is very prideful. He takes all comments toward him as serious and impactful. When around others, he doesn’t speak unless needed, and doesn’t care to tend to others’ sorrows. However, whenever he is requested to perform a task, he will go all out to complete the task to perfection. Ever since binding with Bel’Zith, he has grown wary of being near his allies in fear of harming those he should protect.
Background Tevik was often seen as the runt of his siblings. Born in Noxus, his parents were highly military-orientated. While his brothers and sisters excelled at the physical training brought on by his parents, Tevik consistently struggled. Once Tevik turned thirteen, his parents decided to banish him from home until he can prove himself worthy of the military. He did not understand the reasoning behind his parents’ decision, for while he was weaker than his siblings, he was more cunning and strategic, giving him an advantage on a battlefield. However, if he were to return to Noxus, he needed to find a form of physical strength.
For the next 10 years of his life, Tevik traveled throughout Valoran in search of power. After crossing the Shuriman Desert into the Fyrone Flats, Tevik found a mysterious stairwell leading underground. Using a torch as the only source of light, he ventured forth in hopes of making some sort of discovery. The walls of this passage were lined with strange markings he did not understand, and plenty of drawings of what appeared to be a being of immense power, making others bow at his feet. At the end of the passage, he found a staff with similar markings as were on the wall. Upon touching the staff, Tevik heard a voice speak to him, wondering if he understood the voice. Tevik responded with confusion, unsure of the origin to the voice. It was stated that the voice came from the staff itself, and wished to make a deal with Tevik. Being that Tevik was one of few who could hear this voice, it wished to use Tevik as a vessel to Valoran. The voice’s name was Belzith, and he identified himself as a Darkin, which Tevik knew nothing of the race. He accepted the offer, believing it would give him the strength needed to return to Noxus. Through the contract, Belzith became a part of Tevik, binding the staff and allowing Tevik to bring Belzith out into Valoran in a faded form. By melding the staff with his body, Tevik can allow Belzith to manifest completely in Valoran for a short time period. Using this newfound power, Tevik ventured forth to the Institute of War to prove his worth to the Noxians, by taking down all other champions.
