Passive: Witch's Spellbook
Rose's passive switches stance every time she casts a spell. Each stance applies a unique effect to her abilities.
The 3 effects are:
Black Cat: Heals Rose for 5% (1% per 100 AP) of the damage dealt.
Serpentine: Struck enemies have their magic resistance lowered by 10% to 30% for 2 seconds (scales per level up to the max. of 30%).
Crows: Crows apply 1 additional stack of taint.
Taint - Second part of her passive - Rose's abilities and attacks apply 1 stack of Taint to her enemies. Taint rapidly decays rapidly over the course 1.5 seconds while enemies are out of combat. Taint is used in her E, so read below.

Her summoned companion moves in a chosen direction, gaining 2.5% increased damage per enemy killed, and deals 45/80/115/150/185 (+55% AP) magic damage.
W: Hexes and Charms
Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 / Cooldown: 12 seconds / Range: 975
Rose casts out a sweeping spell that rushes over an area, charming all enemies hit for 1.5/1.5/1.75/1.75/2 seconds and deals 50/85/120/155/190 (+50% AP) magic damage. (The charm area is pretty small. It is about the width of a Lux Q, only slightly bigger).
E: Expunge
Mana: 40/45/50/55/60 / Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds / Range: 1150
Rose expunges all taint from enemies within range to deal 40/90/140/190/240 (+45% AP) (+25 per taint stack expunged) magic damage.
R: Unleashed Spellbook
Mana: 100 / Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds / Range: 1000
Rose unseals her spellbook and unleashes a flurry of crows in a targeted direction, dealing 300/400/500 (+75% AP) magic damage and applies 3 stacks of taint to all enemies hit.
Quick Lore:
Rose was born into a coven of witches that sought refuge among the Amarantine Coast (near Ixtal). The coven settled in the woods near a village. The lured men from the nearby village to provide with the capabilities of creating more members of their dark group.
One of these witches was Rose. She was the eldest of the children born into the coven. Many of the other children shared with her the same father, but rarely the same mother. Many of the children, including Rose, took to the dark arts as instructed by their mothers. Rose, however, wasn't the same as the other children. Where other children learned deadly hexes, plagues, poisons, and so on, Rose took to conjuration above all else. She found comfort in summoning spectral animals such as cats, crows, and snakes. She also played with love instead of crippling curses. She also learned how to remove the taint her spells infected people with. In other words, Rose focused on more of "white" aspect of magic.
A type of magic that was not welcomed by her mother, siblings, and friends among the coven. When she turned seventeen, she was cast out by her coven and forced to live among the mortals in the nearby village. A feat she rather enjoyed. This was meant to be something that would break Rose, or so the coven believed. They wanted her to break and join them again, but without the continued practice of white magic.
Months passed and the coven grew bitter. One night, the night before Rose's eighteenth birthday, the coven cast a nasty plague among the village. Women, men, and children were all slain that night over the course of a few hours. Try as Rose did, she couldn't undo the spell inflicted by coven. She watched as her friends and family died in front of her. This broke Rose. She knew who had done this, but she didn't know why, nor did she care. In was in this moment that Rose knew she never be free of the coven for as long as she lived.
The very next day, Rose's Birthday, when Rose arrived back at her old home, the Coven, she summoned her spectral friends and slaughtered them all. She embraced the white and dark magics. Her cats clawed and torn at her old family, while the crows pecked, and the snakes sung their fangs deep into their flesh.
From that moment forth, Rose was a changed woman. She left the Coven and the village behind her. Now, she seeks other hidden covens amongst the dark of the woods and seeks to eradicate them.
