Does Pulsefire Ezreal need an update?

Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty cool skin. However, when you compare it to Spirit Guard Udyr and DJ Sona, it seems a bit lackluster.

I understand that its significantly older which is why this is, but I feel it could use an update to keep it on par with the other 2 ultimate skins. I feel if Pulsefire Ezreal was released today as it is, it would only be a Legendary skin, not Ultimate.

I don't want to come across as if I'm saying it isn't a good skin, because I do like it. Just maybe needs a few tweaks to justify the 3250 RP price tag.

I recently read a red post saying they won't update older skins because newer better skins have come out. Honestly it's one of the most disturbing things I've ready anything a riot employee ever say. Sometime along the line Riot as a company took a turn. :/

It's fine as it is. It's not ultimate for looking good, it's ultimate for having additional animations, different voice over and overall an amazing appearance.

No VU necessary.
