Skin Concept: Candy Karthus

Something I was thinking of on the way home from work today was a little concept for a Candy Themed Karthus skin where he's thematically the arch-rival of Candy King Ivern.

Some of the Details I came up with

Licorice hair, Hat, and those ribbon things on his shoulders Staff made of Candy Cane and Gumdrops face slightly similar to Dark Candy Fiddlesticks his book is one of those "Better Homes and Gardens" Candy making cookbooks XD Candy Business suit

Skittle Q's Licorice W Cotton Candy E have R drop a Candy Cane that stays on the ground if it kills an enemy

Thinking about it, it does remind me of a particular character from something that I can't remember, if it reminds y'all of anything, lemme know! :P
