Stand alone game type

with the recent blip about which key being best for flash and old thought came to mind. get rid of this over-used ubiquitous spell. lol now i know that's never gonna happen but it led to this further thought for a temporary game type "Stand Alone". basically its simple. No summoner spells, no item actives. i believe it would be very interesting to see the change up in strategies and play style in this mode because being forced to use only your characters kit means no diving into bad situations with champs with no escape. no almost killing someone and just using ignite to finish the job, no clutch heals and no escaping over wall just cause your pursuers flash was down. Obviously my biggest beef is with flash but just a "No flash" game doesn't seem fair so get rid of all of 'em lol. really think this would be a learning experience for the whole community considering how much of a crutch they've become, especially if you have a whole bit dedicated to "is it better to have this a half an inch to the left, or half an inch tot he right?"
