Can we put the tiger blood back in the sheen?

its become woefully apparent to me recently that the hextech items pretty much make the sheen items mediocre by comparison. now the last round of nerfs to this old standard for burst were centered around forcing them to only be used by a select few in most situations but the ease of working the hextech items into pretty much any ap build at this point not to mention the utility of the slows and dashes really makes me long for the old sheen days. now im not saying go back to season two (and the two-three shot vaynes with bt, t-force, ie) but can we get a little love for this thing? also i realize the hextechs have a much longer cooldown between uses but the result is usually still in their favor cause, "pop" suddenly a teamfight turns into a 4v5 or 3v5 massacre, and well the forty seconds don't really matter cause the fight is over long before you need to worry about getting your active (or in the case of revolver, passive) back. add in the fact they make procing thunderlords that much easier and it starts to make you wonder why the hell you would get the sheen tree at all.

so lets look at our options. first off i the ap. sure 25 wasn't alot but it did help (jax and irelia come to mind also (dare i say) ad tf) i know this wasn't a hard decision to get rid of but as i said, an option. more so i think is the base damage problem. most of the time the base attack is low, especially early on when you usually try to grab a t-force so you can get actual damage or sustain later. yes its still damage but rush a gunblade instead (even on a non ap champ) and you got the revolver damage that puts the sheen's to same and then the gunblade active which makes the t-forces damage a joke and unless you build no ap t-force really doesn't catch up at all.

how about total ad. maybe not 100% and 200% cause that would lead to an obvious problem but how about 50% and 120%. just something to make getting these items a tactical decision of burst instead of "i need a slow" or "i have an empowered attack ability". so many times now i see champs that used to be great t-force candidates simply going with the black cleaver cause it pretty much does the same thing but the armor pen is alot more worthwhile than the paltry burst and the 25 more ad gives their other abilities more umph.

liches i do believe is doing fine as is, especially since, hey, get it and a hextech and really blow your opponent out the water but as for the other sheen routes, the crit burst and reliance on pen of the adc rework kinda snuffed them. now with the hextech revamp they're pretty much obsolete. so maybe perhaps could they get some love?
