I believe a Rioter has confirmed that isn't a reworked Urgot. What im thinking is that it is a new champion, or it is urgot before he got rekt, remember, ekko has the potential to travel in time.

Well, the information Riot has given is 1. Ekko is from Zaun 2. That was not Urgot and it was not Singed either. So it must just besome sort of an baddie he is fighting. Possibly a new champ but who knows.

There is no way it is augmented singed. I do think it is urgot due to the mask connected to a tube he is wearing on his face when they zoom in on it at the end.
Yea I'm also curious as to who that is. I thought singed at first, but he's too bulky, and is quite a bit different. But this champion looks amazing
