Voix, The Holder of Answers (CHAMPION CONCEPT)
My goal is to make a balanced assassin champion worthy of being in League
Base Stats: Squishy, No Mana, Melee
Passive: Skill Streak - Whenever Voix successfully uses an ability, he gets 10/15/20/25(levels 1/6/11/16) movement speed, and the remaining cooldowns on his abilities are reduced by 2/3/4/5(levels 1/6/11/16) seconds. However if he fails an ability, the remaining cooldowns are increased by 2 seconds at all levels. This is what is supposed to make it balanced. A successful spell is one that hits an enemy. Regardless of how many enemies Voix hits, the passive only procs once. I think it gives a unique concept of outplaying. If you miss an ability and you have one with no cooldown left on it, two seconds are added
Q: Strike Them Down - Voix calls down magic from above, which swiftly falls down and deals damage to nearby enemies and revealing them. This is meant to be a large range skill shot that has risks attached to it.
W: Melt The Weak - Voix makes a magic strike dealing damage to all enemies around him. However if there is an enemy champion, all of the damage is allocated to the nearest one, slowing them. Just a source of damage.
E: Countering The Strong - Voix gets a spell shield for X seconds. If the spell shield is used, Voix is healed for health and he blinks to the source of the spell, dealing damage to the caster, if the caster is in range. This gives him only an engage, which is a strong part to the balance. He needs to know when to engage, and he needs to hit his abilities.
R: To End Them - Voix throws a wide, large-range skill-shot. The skill-shot suspends all enemy champions it hits, then teleports Voix and all of the champions hit to the end of the skill shot, dealing damage to all the enemy champions. This is meant to be a unique finisher to kill enemies.
Strengths: COMBOS, SPELL SHIELD, COOL ULTIMATE Weaknesses: ONLY ENGAGE, FALLS OFF WHEN COMBO FAILS
Neat thing that you would be able to do: Voix could use his Q to hit a jungle camp and get CD on his other abilities.
Thoughts? I know there was a lack of lore, however I didn't feel like it was worth the effort. Sorry lore lovers.
