Sato, the Mechanical Sprinter

Sato is a champion who I had an idea for while I was out running. He is a jungling assassin who can move around the map incredibly quickly, thanks to THREE movement abilities. He is a regular human, except for his legs, which are made of pure metal.

Passive: Burst of Speed- After using Sato's Q, E, or R, Sato gains an additional 50% move speed for 1.5 seconds.

Q: Burning Trail- Sato dashes in one direction, leaving a line of fire on the ground. All enemies who walk on the trail take a quick burst of damage(No scaling for this ability) The damage is 25/40/55/70/85 Magic Damage upon impact, and they burn for 2/4/6/8/10 damage per second for 5 seconds.

W: Mechanized Spin Kick- Sato spins with his metallic leg doing 30/40/50/60/70(+.6 AD) Attack Damage, and knocking back all enemies.

E: Forceful Back Flip- Sato leaps backwards, doing damage and slowing all enemies he lands on. (This is an ability where you press it, and it just catapults you backwards, no aiming.) Damage: 40/50/60/70/80(+.4 AD) Slow: 25%/30%/35%/40%/45%

R: Escape is Futile- Sato dashes in a line, at a target area, doing damage to all enemies hit by the sprint. When he ends the dash, he jumps upwards, crashing down to deal 100/200/300(+.5 AD) damage and knocking up all enemies hit. The knock up lasts for 2 seconds.

Lore: Sato was once the golden boy of his own little world. His family believed him to be exceptional, as did his friends and teachers. He was intelligent, kind, and so much more. And there was one thing that he could do better than all his friends, and that was running. As he ran, it was almost as if his feet left the ground, with the speed that he himself moved.

Unfortunately for Sato, his luck at running was cut short. When he was out one day, he tripped in the road, and twisted his ankle so that he was unable to move. Later than night, as his family searched for him, a car rushed by him, and he felt the worst pain imaginable. The car had crushed his legs, and quite possibly would have killed him, had it not been for Viktor.

Viktor found the kid laying there, two crushed legs, and tears in his eyes. Under the pretense of helping Sato, Viktor created mechanical legs, ones that turned him into a war machine. Sato could run forever, and was faster than everyone else, yet it did not bring him joy. The legs seemed to be designed for combat, not exercise. He knew that Viktor had tricked him, and hunted Viktor to the League of Legends, to show him what Sato had become.
