[Skin Concept] Pool Party Morgana

Morgana is my main, and I know she has a dozen skins already and just got one near Halloween, but I've always wondered why they never did this idea.

Basically, make her blonde because that's what her hair color was before she fell.

Give her an open skirt where you can see her legs/feet. (similar to Pool Party Leona) because she has NO skins where you can see them. (if you look on lolking's skin model viewer and you peek under her dress/skirt, you can see she has legs/feet) (And yes, don't ask why I was peeking under there in the first place, I'm sure you know why :D)

Give her flipflops and sunglasses.

Abilities:

Q - She shoots a bolt of water with a pool ring around it, and when an enemy gets caught in it, they will have a pool ring spinning around them for the duration they're snared.

W - Make the Tormented Soil completely like water, with rubber duckies swimming in it, or small fish jumping in and out of it.

E - Her Black Shield will be a see-through beach ball.

R - The shackles would be randomly colored pool noodles attached to the victim. When it finishes channeling and the stun goes through, it makes a waterdrop sound effect.

This could be the first 1820 pool party skin and Morgana will have a new cheerful voice/line of dialogue.

Some of the quotes could be like this:

(At the start of the match) "Oh god, I REALLY needed a day off" "What are you four staring at, haven't you ever seen an angel without armor and long dresses before?" (All team mates could hear that quote)

(Movement quotes) "I'll have my revenge.....after I go for a swim" "You know, I could fly to there, but I'll just walk thank you very much."

(Taunting an Enemy ) "Ok like.......can we not.......for just one day........" "Hey sis, I bet I look way better than you in a swimsuit."

(Taunting an Enemy ) "Sinful Succulence, you should try it, it tastes REALLY good!"

(Taunting an Enemy ) "Ewwww, fish breath"

(Taunting an Enemy ) "My cookies may burn all the time, but at least they taste better than yours"
