Morgana's new voice in champion select
If you play her as much as me, you will notice her voice has changed when she says "We'll bring them pain" in champion select.
The rest of her voice is normal ingame, just that one line is slightly different.

Maybe a teaser for the Kayle full VGU and Morgana update?
probably a part of their audio update. they're updating all audio in the game to a different format and higher quality in batches. for example, every ping sounds a lot sharper than the compressed-sounding red danger ping (last i played)
maybe they brought in the voice actress to redo that one line

Yes, Kayle and Morgana are set for later in the year - August actually did confirm he's working on Kayle but the vid got deleted because, well, confidential.
I didn't think Morg would be this far along by now, but you're right, it did change! It just sounds like they cleaned up the audio file though. Probably an audio engine side effect?
