Morgana has been my favourite champion since I started years ago, and I love the new updated story she and Kayle have now. It made me shed a tear. So I want to see that.
Another one would be the story of Zed and Shen, their interactions with their order and the imprisonment of The Golden Demon aka Jhin.
Trundle.
Just a whole, 1 hour and 30 minutes movie, about Trundle.
Swain, just because Noxus is my favorite faction.
Ryze, probably. Because the search for the World Runes means he'd encounter loads of people along the way and more champions could be stuck in without ruining the plot.
My villains of choice would be the Darkin, not the Voidborn. And my favourite protagonist would be Jax, not Ryze. But in terms of storytelling Ryze is the best choice.
Jhin. He has propably one of the best lores in the game.
Also that play they made with all the bilgewater characters would be an awesome movie.
With the new lore involving 
if he got a movie it would be pretty interesting to see

How about a television series? You know, a female FBI detective mystery/drama where there's a new dead guy every episode and she just spends 45 minutes/week yelling about how bad her teammates are at their jobs. And it turns out she's terrible at taking orders and has to do things her own way.

I personally thing the comic of Darius would be good if made into the movie. Especially with whats her face.
Maybe even a movie with Azir and his life, along with Xeraths betrayal. Sivr could be at the start of the movie doing what she does best then when the time comes it cuts to Azirs life. At the end of the movie it shows Azir gettin lit with sivir. Or however it went*[slayer-jinx-catface]*
Zed trying to find and kill Jhin, with Shen on his trail. Piltover champs can be involved too.
Probably the Freljord queens, and their war. There's a lot of characters there and it's the only storyline I'm super invested in. Either that or a demacian story about the downtrodden characters with Morgana, Alistar, and Xin Zhao, maybe Sylas too.
As a Talon enthusiast, Noxus and Freljord lover, there is few stories from league that won't lose it's charm and mystery when made to a movie...
And my choice is Jhin/Zed/Shen/Kusho. Them trying to find Jhin would be the perfect choice, and because of Jhin movie would fit into horror/drama.
I'd love to see a short animated film with no dialogue about Sona being raised from a baby to the famous musician she is now.
Oh this is a fun one and I certainly have a few ideas. .#1 on the top of the list you have lee sin the story of the summoner in training who bit off more then he could chew and evolved into the blind monk he is today. Then I feel like graves and tf would be a good story but then again the whole friendship betrayal revenge thing is kind of cliche and overdone but I still think it would work. Then there's the civil wa of sylas vs damacia, and finally Elise because she's been my favorite champion for like 5 years.
I would say Jinx. She is one of LoLs poster girls and connects alot of stuff.

Ryze because he has everything a movie needs. The backstory, the master, the motivation, the lesson, the antagonist/s, the ability to have more characters in it cause Ryze travels a lot etc. Or a movie about the Shuriman arc. I would love to see Azir and Xerath battle on-screen.
