Skills: Passive: Eastern Wuju style: Azure Flowing Dragon Blade Converts 1000% of AD into mana and every 1000 mana grants one Flowing dragon blade. Wei's basic attacks deal 8% of his maximum mana as physical damage and can crit to increase movement speed by 30% for 1 second. Flowing dragon blades grant an additional 1% maximum mana as physical damage.
Q: Eastern Wuju style Flowing Dragon Combo: Azure claw/Azure coil/Azure flame Azure claw: Wei lunges foreward 400 units towards a target and basic attacks them. Azure coil can be casted for 1 second. Azure coil: Wei creates an azure binding shaped like a dragons tail which wraps around the enemy targeted by Azure claw and roots them for 1 second dealing 10/11/12/13/14% of maximum mana as physical damage. Azure flame can be casted for 1 second. Azure flame: Wei ignites his Flowing dragon blades and after 0.5 pierces them with his Flowing Dragon blades dealing 20/35/50/65/70+2% of maximum mana as physical damage per blade. W: Eastern Wuju style: Flowing shield Wei projects his Flowing Dragon blades around him for 3 seconds and blocks 3/5/7/9/11% of damage per Flowing Dragon Blade. Cooldown: 20 seconds Cost: 100 mana
E: Eastern Wuju Style: Azure Spear Wei Fuses his Flowing Dragon Blades into one and creates a spear. His next basic attack deals 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of his maximum mana per blade and gains 50/100/150/200/250 range. Cooldown: 14 seconds Cost: 150 mana
R: Eastern Wuju style: Azure ascension Wei catalyses his inner strength and ascends into the Azure Dragon state. While in the Azure Dragon state Flowing Dragon Blades deal an additional 0.5/1/1.5 maximum mana as physical damage, the mana cost of abilities is reduced to 0, and 10%(+2% per flowing dragon blade) of all damage dealt is gained as mana. Cooldown: 240 seconds. Cooldown starts when the effect of Azure dragon state ends. Cost: 10/8/6% of maximum mana per second
Lore: Amidst the bloodied and burning remains of what was once the Eastern Wuju stronghold stood a young man; Lithe and agile, swift as flowing water itself and as strong. In his hands were bloodied sword with a writhing beast inside the once gleaming metal and a research journal from his master, Azure. His eyes scanned the book as he looked for a "why"; Why had his closest friend Jin betrayed the Order to the Demoxian Empire? Why did he have strange powers? Why did his brothers and fellow disciples of Master Azure follow Jins betrayal? Why are the Demoxians trying to destroy Wuju? His masters journal was filled with strange images and incomplete figures that threatened to break what remained of his faith, descriptions and designs for abilities which were impossible with Wuju alone. Even a detailed method on Eastern Wujus secret technique; Azure Ascension. The disciple looked to his masters sword for some kind of guidance, something to show him that the world was still right.
The sword in the disciples hand hummed with evil power. It was tainted, that much was clear. Its normally bright blue glow was slowly turning black and the disciple knew he had to deal with it before his masters journal. The young man doused the blade in Wuju and gave true form to the creature within and brandished his masters bloodied sword in the first position of the Eastern Wuju style Flowing Dragon. He lunged foreward and slashed at the beast, leaving behind an azure wound steaming with black tainted power. The source of the infection, a strange figure shrouded in evil embedded in the dragons heart, became visible within the Azure dragons form. The disciple swept his blade towards the dragons heart and coiled his own Wuju around it. Seperated from its host the figure became completely visible; it was the image of a raven, black as ink. The source of evil exposed the disciple ignited his Wuju to purify the taint in flame. The flowing dragon fell defeated and dissipated, its essence retreating back into the sword. The disciple, tired but with his mind clearer after the fight realized that the beast was not some evil force; it was his masters living tattoo, sealed in the blade. He scrambled for his masters journal and began to pour over it with tears falling onto the pages.
"Today was the first day of this "emergency meeting" of the Four Masters of Wuju. Emerald, Quartz, Azure, and Crimson Wuju together under the same roof for the first time since the previous masters left us their teaching and left to stop the Demoxus empire from destroying Wuju. Master Emerald tells us he has been offered something called a "Rune" in exchange for teaching the Demoxians Wuju arts; He refused, and narrowly escaped with his life intact. Pity. Masters Quartz and Crimson seem concerned that Master Emerald survived - Their power is different than it was last i saw them. It feels unnatural, like they are constantly Ascended and not suffering the drawbacks of it. Their monasteries are close to Demoxus lands, perhaps they have accepted the "runes" Master Emerald told us about? Further investigation into these "runes" might be required, but i shall not be a slave to those blood thirty fools in Demoxus.
_The second day of this meeting was much more eventful! Master Emerald accused Master Qaurtz of accepting the Demoxians offer; Apparantly he found a regeneration rune etched into Master Qaurtz' chest. The Qaurtz Dragon is dead, Executed by Master Crimson and Emerald. Luckily i was able to study the rune, and Believe i can easily reproduce it or turn its power into a weapon... Perhaps it is time to accuse Master Crimson of betrayal as well. With tensions raised by the execution of Master Quartz i could easily Convince Master Emerald of the crime. I wonder what his rune could be? _
_The third day of this meeting was a disaster from the start. Master Crimson Accused me and to avoid being executed i was forced to humilate myself and allow them to conduct a thorough search of my body; They only saw my sects Flowing Dragon tattoo, nothing more or the Wuju infusion that gives the dragon life. I used their lack of evidence to accuse Master Crimson as planned. As i expected Master crimson bore a rune, but it was not the same kind as Master Qaurtz'! Instead of a single easily producable figure it was etched into his very heart, allowing his Crimson ascension to last indefinitely AND gave him the ability to create ghosts of himself! Master emerald would of missed it as i did, however he had cobbled together some kind of helmet which allows him to see the Wuju strength contaminated by Demoxian runes. I wonder if this is the start of a crusade? _ The fourth day has turned to bloodshed, and i write this with the last of my strength at the bottom of an damned well. I have attatched a hastily constructed rune and the flowing dragon for you. It will carry my journal, soul, and research to you. A Demoxian officer whose name i gather is "Beatrice" arrived as Master Emerald and i were sealing the souls of our brothers for travel and demanded she be given what the Wuju masters had promised; their bodies and souls. Naturally we refused, for different reasons but refused all the same. She was heavily augmented with spectacular runes, the most shocking of which was a transformation! It had a very eerie resemblence to Wuju Ascension and simply felt evil. The soldiers she was with were less augmented, but very clearly used the same regeneration rune that Master Qaurtz had. Between Master Emerald and myself we were able to work out the weakness of the runes; When destroyed, their effects were inverted. The soldiers were purified by Azure flame while Master Emerald fought that crow Beatrice. I tried to help, which resulted in.... Contamination. The flowing dragon is the living, ancestral soul of Eastern wuju; it is highly susceptable to infectious powers. It turned on me, and forced me to seal it into my sword. That crow took the opportunity to destroy my legs and toss me in this damned well. Wei, I have used my own soul to auger a rune onto the flowing dragon. Master crimsons ghost rune - my sword, based on your power, will be capable of becoming many. Wuju will allow you to control those phantom blades"

Wei has 0 AD; It is ALL converted into mana. His passive effects are treated as attacks so they do not benefit from guinsoos rageblade, and also do not benefit from lifesteal.
Wei STARTS with one Flowing Dragon blade due to his base AD and base mana totalling 1000.
His Q is his main source of damage and only source of CC.
Wei is intended to be an ADC/fighter.
His passive converts AD to mana at 10x value.
Wei has a theoretical maximum of 10,000 or so mana.
Wei is meant to be a hyper carry.
Wei is meant to have a rocky early game but strong all-ins and scale linearly.
Wei has a LOT of burst if he can reach you.
Flowing Dragon Combo only has 1 second of CC and takes place over 3 seconds.
"Azure ascension" based on super saiyan god super saiyan.
His entire combo does a minimum damage of 70+27% maximum mana
His entire combo does a maximum damage of (with 5000 mana) 350+47% maximum mana
His flowing shield has the potential to reduce damage by 100% if he gets 10,000 mana. 6000 mana is generally where i see feasible meaning usual maximum would be 55% to 66% damage reduced. Due to runes reborn the general minimum is now 7000 or so.
