in past few months maybe years i started to realize that some champions need to put lower effort to be good. By that i mean lvl or item. on the other hand some champions can have full builds and they still cannot output enough dmg. i would like see changes for lategame options.

twisted fate is just an example but in his case im trying to push him a bit to his theme.

P: pick a card. Twisted fate has 5 cards that he uses for his attacks. and he periodically switch between them once he used all or havent attacked for a while. effects are as follows:

  1. normal autoattack that heals him in case of scoring killing blow for flat amount. 2)minicritical granting movement speed.item 3095 active
  2. attack converted into magic dmg restoring mana based of % dmg dealt 4)small aoe attack slowing enemies. primal target takes physical dmg + magic dmg aoe to all enemies around and with the target.
  3. 0,5 second stun dealing bonus magic dmg these rotate in random order but you can predict last based of 4 previous attacks.

Q: shorter ranger faster missiles, doubled range effect from E

W: Combo For next autoattack gain extra range and throw all remaing cards from your deck. card on top decides effect number of cards amplifies the effect. each card consumed procs on hit effects.

E: Card collecter: all enemies you kill can drop cards when killed. each card will give you 1 of the following: adaptive AP/AD as + cdr magic resist basic attack range and movement speed increase.

R: destiny 80 sec CD reveal 1 random enemy champion. enemies are visible even in stealth.

gate: teleport a long distance. and gain 20% movement speed for 1 sec.
