i just finished a game where enemy hecarim tottally destroyed our team. he has so much dmg at lvl 3 that he bassically 1 shot me(i played varus adc) i hope you do some nerfs to reduce his dmg in early game and give some more uttility buffs . and remove him interaction with shnere on e bcs he can finish attack so he end up shnered on other place

Also he is pretty squishy and round late game he is extremely reliant on his ult (and therefore his team) and overall kindof falls off.
